The Tron in Edinburgh’s city centre has reopened following an extensive refurbishment and offers a new food menu and a relaxed atmosphere.
Freshly-made stone-baked pizzas, 21-day aged steaks, low and slow meat and rib options, as well as mix and match tapas, including drunken mushrooms, pulled brisket croquettes and buttermilk boneless chicken pieces, are available.
A wide selection of local craft beers, ales and ciders plus traditional pub entertainment, such as live sport plus regular quiz, comedy and music nights, is also available.
Adam Choat, the general manager, said; “It’s been fantastic seeing the pub come together. There have been some big changes and we’re confident they’ll go down well.”
