Conwy, a walled market town, is popular and it is easy to see why. The castle, the wall walk, quaint shops, bars and tempting restaurants and the nearby river make this an ideal stopping off point.
We strolled around in the summer sunshine and happened upon the Conwy Pantry. It is as the top of the busy High Street and the menu was appealing. We indulged with a pot of steaming hot tea and a giant, home-baked tea cake. We relaxed.
The atmosphere was just right and it is easy to see why this cosy café is so popular. Good food, great service and pleasant surroundings. You can’t really ask for more. Oh, the bill was value. Try it.
